We back all of our products with a money-back guarantee! If you're not completely satisfied, simply return your product or DVD in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a complete refund, excluding shipping and handling. For any product that was opened, a repackaging fee of 25% will be charged.
How to Return an Item
Purchase directly from BK Educational Services
BK Educational Services will accept any item for full refund within 30 days of purchase if purchased directly from us. No questions asked! If you are not completely satisfied with our products for any reason, we will accept it for a full refund of your purchase price (excluding shipping and handling charges) provided it is unopened with the original packaging remaining in tact. Unfortunately, we cannot downloaded product for return.
To return a product you purchased from BK Educational Services,, you must contact us either via phone (301.279.0056) or e-mail (customerservice@bkread.com) to receive an RMA number. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ACCEPT WITHOUT AN RMA. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the items.

To obtain a refund or exchange, you must return your product to the place that sold it to you. You should check the return and/or exchange policies for the place of purchase and act accordingly.
